A product from Joachim Splichal, owner/founder of Patina restaurant in Los Angeles.It is a blend of 46% grenache, 41% cinsault, 10.5% rolle, and 2.5% syrah. A refined wine with exact fruit-acid balance. Best enjoyed with food such as seafood, veal or pork.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Copper and sunset;
Nose: White peach, red apples, grapefruit;
Taste: White peach, bright acid.
