AUSTIN, TX – April 10, 2024 – Get ready for the ultimate summer escape in the Texas Hill Country Omni Barton Creek Resort and Spa is thrilled to announce its Summer in the Hills event series, a one-of-a-kind collection of experiences that bring the vibrant flavors and spirits of Austin to life. This summer’s lineup includes kid-friendly activities, local vendors, live music that showcases the true essence of the Texas Hill Country. This summer’s lineup includes:
Barton Creek Live (May 24-26) – Kick off the summer season Memorial Day weekend with a concert on the lawn featuring Jack Ingram, a true legend of Texas music, a lineup of family-friendly activities, DJ pool parties, and more. (Available for resort guests only)
Barton Fest (Saturday, June 15 & Sunday, September 1) - The first-ever outdoor event celebrates the vibrant flavors and spirits of the Texas Hill Country through a curated selection of local breweries, distilleries, and wineries, as well as delicious local cuisines. Participating sponsors include Big Hat Spirits, Caymus, and Uncle Nearest Whiskey. Guests can enjoy live music by Madam Radar, family-friendly activities, and local market vendors at this exciting weekend experience that is open to the public.
Red, White & Blue BBQ (July 5-7) - The resort’s lively Fourth of July celebration features mouthwatering Texas BBQ, live music with Aaron McDonnell and the Neon Eagles, family-friendly activities, and spectacular fireworks display to end the evening. (Available for resort guests only)
