FROM THE WIRES...

Monarch, the wood-fired Italian restaurant located on the 49th floor of The National in Downtown Dallas and a MICHELIN Guide Texas Recommended restaurant for the third consecutive year, as it puts a new twist on the fall edition of its tasting menu. From October 22 through 28, Monarch will welcome Maple & Ash, one of the country's most acclaimed steakhouses, for a one-week-only takeover featuring its signature I Don't Give a F@k ("IDGAF") menu.

Born in Chicago, Maple & Ash is known for its wood-fired cuisine, award-winning wine program and unapologetic approach to hospitality. The chef-selected IDGAF menu showcases steakhouse favorites such as Rosewood Striploin, Dry-Aged Ribeye, Bistecca and Tomahawk, alongside Agnolotti, Branzino and Lasagna, before closing with Chocolate Cake and Coconut Cream Pie.
