Callisto Botanical Rum is like no other rum you’ve tasted - putting a refreshing twist on the spirit by infusing its bespoke white rum with a blend of locally-sourced Californian botanicals (including rosemary, lavender, burdock root, and cherry bark). Summer never has to end with your own “California in a bottle.”

Callisto is ready for cocktails. Here is one recipe from the Callisto web site.
