Sign up now! This Thursday September 25th at 6:30pm Table 13 will be holding a Pahlmeyer Tasting and Dinner at the restaurant in Addison. The price is $125 + t&t.

Recall, I reviewed Table 13 and found that, as well as the best value wine list in Dallas, they also served fine food.

The restaurant tells me:

"Starting with a meet and greet with other patrons and Corbin Grantham from the winery.

1st course Chardonnay with Chicken Schnitzel on a cornbread waffle wit hot honey and brown butter.

2nd course Sauvignon Blanc with Pickled Beet Salad on bitter greens with green apple, goat cheese, candied pecans and basil citronette.

3rd course Red Blend with Wild Boar Ragu on hand torn papperdelle wit Jager Sauce.

4th course Cabernet Sauvignon with Seared Duck Breast with braised red cabbage, fingerling potatoes and cherry sauce.

Dessert Merlot served with Cambozola Cheesecake with poached plums and raspberry balsamic caramel"
