The St. Regis Bar
The St. Regis Bar

FROM THE WIRES...

Inspired by surrealist artist Salvador Dali’s “Birth of Liquid Desires” - a piece composed of three main shapes that seem to be fused by the “grotesque dream image” of the creature at the center – “The Negroni Desire” is a twist on the classic cocktail.

The complex cocktail is composed of Bareksten Botanical Gin, Calvados, Bitter Martini Riserva Speciale, Aged Amphora, the hotel’s Vermouth Mix, and garnished with an Apple Cherry. The cocktail is presented in a custom-made glass designed by the world-renowned Berengo Studio.

Guests can enjoy “The Negroni Desire” in the hotel’s iconic, avant-garde Arts Bar. Located on the ground floor of the hotel, the bar boasts a unique collection of craft cocktails inspired by renowned artworks with Venetian connections. Each drink is served in custom-made glassware by Berengo Studio, creating a truly immersive experience.

For those more in the mood for a classic Negroni, guests can visit The St. Regis Bar and enjoy light bites while taking in the views of the Grand Canal.
