FROM THE WIRES...

Tastemade is heating up with new episodes of Barbecue: Life of Fire Season 2, streaming every Tuesday. Legendary Tennessee pitmaster Pat Martin is back — traveling the country to cook over live fire with chefs, pitmasters, farmers, and old-school characters who share their deep-rooted barbecue traditions.
I’d love to see if you might be interested in covering the show through a recipe, chef spotlight, or tips from the road? Pat’s journey blends cultural storytelling with live fire cooking techniques from Texas, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida — and beyond.
Season 2 episodes include:
Lamb Mamna & Chicken Kebabs with Vivek Surti (Indian heritage + Nashville flare)
Skirt Steak Tlayuda with Edgar Victoria (Mexican street food in Nashville)
Dino Beef Ribs with Wayne Mueller (Texas BBQ royalty)
Beef Rib Chow Fun with Blood Bros BBQ (Asian-American flavors meet Texas smoke at this Bellaire, TX joint)
Grilled Amberjack, Redfish & Blue Crab, Fried Quail, and more
Martin, one of just three remaining West Tennessee whole hog pitmasters, is on a mission to preserve the roots of American barbecue. The series is produced by Andrew Zimmern’s Intuitive Content and available on Tastemade and Outdoor Channel (via Amazon FireTV, YouTube TV, Roku, Sling, Fubo, Hulu Live, and more).
