Omni Announces "These Are The Days" Program

FROM THE WIRES...

Omni Hotels & Resorts has got you covered with its “These Are The Days” program, offering exclusive experiences that are as Texas-sized as the state's pride!

In the Lone Star State, Omni is serving up a variety of signature experiences that'll leave you feeling like a true Texan, just like our favorite locals! Here are a few of our favorites:

·         At Omni PGA Frisco Resort, get ready for a Texas-sized BBQ and bourbon extravaganza! You'll learn how to smoke the perfect brisket and taste four decadent pours of Garrison Brothers Straight Bourbon Whiskey, just like our friends in the know do.

·         In Austin, experience the best of Texas BBQ and bourbon with Garrison Brothers at Omni Austin Downtown Hotel. Or, join Dude Perfect for a once-in-a-lifetime experience at Omni PGA Frisco Resort, complete with a photo op and nine holes of golf on one of the largest putting greens in the US, just like our favorite Texans might do if they were pro golfers!

·         And if you're looking for something truly unique, try the Custom Cowboy Hat Experience at Omni Fort Worth Hotel. You'll get to style your own cowboy hat with pins, fabric bands, cording, feathers, branding, and more, just like our fellow Texans might do.

Texas Barbecue & Bourbon:  Up Close and Personal

Gather at Ice House for a cooking and smoking demonstration with the restaurant's pit master. Each guest will receive a welcome cocktail or mocktail to sip on while watching how to season, trim, and wrap an authentic Texas brisket before learning how to smoke the meat to perfection. The demonstration also includes an overview of the smoker, a Q&A session with Executive Chef, Adam Solowitz, and of course, samples of Ice House brisket and a take-home  the Ice House’s signature Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce.  What better way to cap off an amazing barbecue experience than walking through four decadent pours of Garrison Brothers Straight Bourbon Whiskey…the first legal bourbon to ever be produced outside of Kentucky. Spend the second part of the experience learning from a Garrison Brothers executive in an exclusive one-on-one setting on how to properly taste the Nectar of the Gods as Garrison Brothers regale with Texas Bourbon Lore!  This experience is a limited engagement to two dates per month for June, July and August (maximum of 20 persons per engagement).
