Priced at $190 per person, the menu showcases dishes including Seared Hiramasa with Osetra Caviar, Hearth Smoked Tomato with Hand-Pulled Mozzarella, Halibut Cheek Ciambotta, Monarch's Signature Doppio Ravioli and Rosewood Wagyu Filet, with an optional wine pairing available for $125.
