First Look Inside F.A.R.M. Social at Chapter Chianti

FROM THE WIRES...
Following the July opening of Chapter Chianti, the second property within the prestigious Chapter Italia Group, we wanted to share an early look at the group's first fully realised spa concept.
Spanning a dedicated 500sqm space within the property's 17th-century borgo, F.A.R.M. Social – Forever A Relaxed Mood – blends holistic relaxation with high-performance facilities, extending the property's philosophy of revival and vibrancy into a space built for slowing down rather than switching off. |
At its centre sits an indoor pool circuit drawing inspiration from ancient Roman bathhouses, featuring five signature swimming pools arranged to be moved through slowly in tandem with a Turkish steam bath, sauna and dry hammam completing the thermal offering. |

Beyond the water, three treatment rooms host the spa's signature rituals and bespoke facials by 111Skin, with a menu that draws directly on the Tuscan landscape – rich olive, fragrant lavender, deep volcanic stone, the rhythm of the hills at sunset. For those after a more active counterpoint, a 130sqm state-of-the-art Panatta Fitness Centre and an outdoor padel court complete the offering.
True to the brand's social spirit, all of it opens beyond the hotel to day guests, couples and the local community, with day experiences available to book. |
Set within a beautifully restored 17th-century medieval village, the 82-room abode stands amongst 99 acres of rolling Chianti countryside, olive groves, and vineyards. Redefining rural Italian hospitality, the hotel, designed by South African interiors expert Tristan Du Plessis, artfully blends bold contemporary design alongside original stone walls, vaulted ceilings, and centuries old architecture.
Hosting four vibrant restaurants and bars led by Michelin-starred Chef Daniele Auricchio. Neapolitan born, Daniele will bring his signature flair alongside historic recipes, blending Tuscan ingredients to the scene. Overseeing a traditional Italian trattoria, a relaxed Mediterranean poolside bar and a lively New York-inspired bar.
Wellness and discovery go hand in hand, with a dedicated spa featuring an indoor pool circuit inspired by ancient Roman bathhouses, a dry hammam, Turkish bath, sauna, with treatments by 111 Skin, and state-of-the-art gym, complemented by outdoor padel courts and two swimming pools, including a family-friendly children's splash pool. Curated Italian experiences, from truffle hunting and olive oil tastings to falconry, chess lessons, chef-led cooking classes and local wine tasting invite guests of all ages to connect with the culture and celebrate Tuscany Chapter-style.
