A passion project between E&J Gallo and Steven Grasse, Lo-Fi is a modern California approach to traditional aperitifs. Unlike traditional aperitifs, which emphasize botanicals and herbs, Lo-Fi is wine based. The California wine and carefully curated west coast botanicals make for a totally new approach to drinking.
Lo-Fi provides both home bartenders and mixologists with the perfect tools for creating delicious cocktails, whether they’re using classic 1:1 proportions or mixing up new creations. We infuse our wine with a unique blend of botanicals that are listed right on the label. Enjoy them mixed in your favorite cocktail or sipped on their own.
