On Tuesday, July 25th, the resort will be hosting a Stag’s Leap Wine Dinner at Blind Salamander with a menu featuring scallop crudo as an appetizer, a delicious selection of wines, a New York Strip with mushrooms, pickled mustard seeds, broccolini, parsnip puree, drizzled in steak sauce, and a bramble berry cheesecake to complete the meal. The dinner will feature WCC's Ash Almonte, Stags' Leap Winery and food by the award-winning Chef Francisco Baca.
