This Wine, found at a Costco in Texas, is named after Texas but contains no Texas grapes. This misleads the consumer, steals sales from Texas winegrowers, and lowers Texas farm incomes. Costco should refuse to go along with this "legalized fraud" and Texas attorney general Ken Paxton should file charges against the producer for deceptive trade practices.
