The Crescent Hotel Fort Worth to Host Clase Azul Tequila Dinner in The Blue Room

The Blue Room welcomes an intimate evening of elevated dining and Clase Azul tequila pairings as part of The Crescent Hotel Fort Worth’s monthly beverage dinner series

FORT WORTH, TX (September 2, 2026) – This September, The Crescent Hotel Fort Worth will continue its monthly wine and beverage dinner series with an intimate evening celebrating Clase Azul Tequila on Wednesday, September 23, from 6 to 9 p.m. Hosted in The Blue Room, the hotel’s intimate private dining space, the evening will feature a four-course menu paired with four distinctive Clase Azul expressions.

Priced at $180 per person, the dinner brings together the thoughtful hospitality and culinary perspective that define The Crescent in a more intimate setting. An extension of Emilia’s, the hotel’s signature regional Italian restaurant, The Blue Room was designed for occasions that call for a more personal experience, from exclusive wine dinners and chef-led evenings to private celebrations and gatherings.

For the September dinner, each course has been thoughtfully composed to complement a different Clase Azul pour, beginning with Scallop Crudo paired with Clase Azul Tequila Gold, featuring Gooseberry Salsa, Chili Crisp, Fresh Gooseberry and Pickled Red Onion.

The second course, homemade tortilla, will be paired with Clase Azul Tequila Reposado and served with chorizo verde, salsa borracha and crema. Smoked New York Strip, paired with Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero, follows with Guajillo Agave Sauce, Street-Style Corn Ribs and Frisée Salad.

The evening will conclude with Abuela’s Mexican Chocolate Torte, paired with Clase Azul Tequila Añejo and accompanied by Churro Crumble and Mexican Oregano Ice Cream.
