Charles & Julia | Muffuletta Dip

Recipe

Muffuletta Dip

Ingredients: 

• 2oz hot coppa (small cube)

• 2oz salami (small cube)

• 2oz provolone (small cube)

• 4 oz giardiniera

• 4 oz olive salad

• 1 to 2 oz chopped Calabrese chilies

• 1 oz capers

• 1/3 cup grated Parmesan

• 2 T extra virgin olive oil

• 2 T red wine vinegar

• 1/2 chopped parsley

• 1 T Italian seasoning

Steps:

1. In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients together. Mix until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. 

2. Serve with toasted or grilled seeded bread or pitas
