Opening today in Trinity Groves is AvoEatery, a casual restaurant dedicated to all things avocado. Every item on the menu uses avocados in some form. There are also avocado cocktails. It is the brainchild of avocado trade promotion organization Avocados From Mexico and owned/operated by Trinity Groves.
