FORT WORTH, TEXAS (June 15, 2026) —  The Crescent Hotel Fort Worth will welcome one of Napa Valley's most iconic wineries to Fort Worth for an exclusive Caymus Wine Dinner in The Blue Room on Wednesday, June 24 at 6:30 p.m. Designed for wine enthusiasts and culinary explorers alike, the one-night-only experience will pair acclaimed wines from Caymus Vineyards with a thoughtfully curated three-course menu while offering guests rare insight into the history, philosophy and craftsmanship behind one of America's most celebrated wine brands.

 

Guided by a representative from Caymus Vineyards, the evening will take guests on a journey through expertly selected wine pairings while showcasing the artistry and storytelling that define both exceptional winemaking and memorable dining experiences.

 

MENU HIGHLIGHTS

1st course: Amberjack Crudo, Kumquat, Micro Cilantro

Wine Pairing: Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc

2nd course: Doppio Ravioli (Mortadella, Prosciutto And Gorgonzola) Smoked Ham Hock Velouté 

Wine Pairing: Caymus California Cabernet Sauvignon

3rd course: Moulard Duck Breast, Blackberry and Mole Negro

Wine Pairing: Caymus Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

4th course: Baba Rum Cake, Raspberry, Chantilly Cream

Wine Pairing: Emmolo Sparkling Wine
