Ingredients:

1.5 oz Tequila Corralejo Reposado

0.5 oz Dos Hombres Mezcal

0.75 oz Bärenjäger Honey Liqueur

0.75 oz pineapple juice

0.5 oz fresh lemon juice

2 dashes habanero bitters

Method:

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds. Double strain over a large cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a dehydrated Tajín pineapple wedge.
