KOPKE 2020 VINTAGE PORT -- CASK SAMPLE

Kopke is the oldest port house in the world. Since 1638 they have been making one of the best ports in the world. This unusual specimen is a cask sample of a wine that is not yet released. It is guaranteed to engender interest in the final release.
At this time the wine is fruity, massively fruity, with raspberry and blackberry flavors that coat the mouth. Tannins are surprisingly subtle and grippy. Underlying the fruit are more subtle flavors such as leather and molasses.
