Monarch Launches Aperitivo Hour for Summer in the Lounge

Seasonal menu of spritzes, pizzas, oysters and shareable favorites available Sunday through Thursday

DALLAS, TX (June 16, 2026) – This summer, Monarch is bringing the Italian tradition of aperitivo to downtown Dallas with the launch of Aperitivo Hour, a new seasonal offering available Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the restaurant's lounge. Designed for gathering over drinks and light bites before dinner, the menu features spritzes, wines, wood-fired pizzas, oysters and shareable favorites at special pricing through August 31.

Aperitivo Hour takes its name from the Italian tradition of aperitivo, a pre-dinner ritual centered around cocktails, conversation and shared plates. As one of Dallas' favorite local restaurants, Monarch continues to create new ways for guests to gather over its signature modern wood-fired Italian cuisine, whether celebrating a special occasion, meeting friends after work or enjoying an evening downtown.

Food offerings include $2 Island Creek Oysters with the option to add Caviar for $10, a selection of Monarch's Wood-Fired Pizzas for $15, and The Duchess, a combination of Caviar and Chips, Classic Caesar Salad and Spicy Rigatoni for $35.

 Featured pizzas include:

• Fire Pie with Wagyu Italian Sausage, Giardiniera, and Mozzarella Di Bufala

• Margherita with Heirloom Tomato, Mozzarella Di Bufala, Tomato Crudo and Basil

• Sweet Soppressata with Mozzarella Di Bufala, Tomato Crudo and Confit Garlic

• Squash Blossom with Summer Squash, Béchamel, Prosciutto and Basil

The beverage menu includes a selection of $12 spritzes, including a Limoncello Spritz, Aperol Spritz, Hugo Spritz and Campari Spritz, along with a rotating selection of $10 wines by the glass.

Aperitivo Hour is available exclusively in Monarch's lounge Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. through August 31, 2026.
