WHAT: Celebrate Christmas like royalty at Monarch, the modern Italian restaurant on the 49th floor of The National Building. From 4pm to 9pm on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, guests can relish in the soaring views of downtown Dallas while enjoying the regular dinner menu in addition to the Royal Feast of 7 Fishes, a gourmet, three-course, traditional Italian seafood dinner with a dessert offering that is priced at $290 a person. Monarch will also feature tableside truffles, available as an upscale garnish to any meal. Shavings of Périgord Black Truffle and Alpha White Truffle will be served until early February. Frutti de Mar Tower featuring Island Creek Oyster and Osetra Caviar
Scallop Crudo, Poached Prawn
Duck Terrine, Pistachio, Red Currant Jam
Texas Wagyu Carpaccio with Truffled Brioche Toasts
Second Course:
Ricotta and Goat Cheese Gnudi, Cask Aged Balsamic with Shaved White Truffle
