Mirador Announces Modern Holiday Tea & Seasonal Offerings

DALLAS, TEXAS (November 17, 2025) – Perched atop the beautiful Dallas skyline, Mirador invites guests to celebrate the season with its Modern Holiday Tea, offered on select dates throughout November and December. This festive tradition pairs panoramic city views with a curated three-course tea experience, seasonal cocktails, elegant flights, and Mirador’s signature caviar service.
“We’re thrilled to welcome guests back for one of Mirador’s most beloved seasonal traditions,” said Executive Chef Travis Wyatt. “Our Modern Holiday Tea reimagines the classic tea ritual with playful techniques, refined flavors, and festive touches that evoke the joy of the season. Each course is intentionally crafted to offer both comfort and discovery—an experience meant to be savored and shared.”
Mirador’s Holiday Tea Menu is $89 per guest and includes a delectable three course meal, each offering curated with the utmost care to help allow guests to indulge in a tea experience that both satisfies their familiar holiday cravings while also granting them an experience unlike any other.
FIRST COURSE
Served with The Cultured Cup, Gyokuro Kukicha Green Tea
Lobster Feuille de Brick – smoked trout roe
Sweet Potato Nori Tart – ginger, trout roe
Truffle Tot – comté foam, black truffle
SECOND COURSE
Served with The Cultured Cup, Assam Margherita Estate Black Tea
Caviar Tartlet – crème fraîche, chives, cured egg yolk, golden osetra caviar
Wagyu Sando – spicy mayo, shiso, milk bread
Black Pepper Macaron – shallot marmalade, foie gras mousse
THIRD COURSE
Served with Mariage Frères, Esprit de Noël Black Tea
Vanilla Mint Crinkle Cookie – mint, dark chocolate
Opera Cake – citrus-almond génoise, cranberry compote, coffee–orange buttercream, cranberry gelée
Pfeffernüsse Mousse Tart – graham crust, spiced mousse
A refined complement to the tea experience, Mirador’s signature caviar service offers a luxurious moment for guests seeking an indulgent seasonal treat. The Classic Caviar Service features one ounce of golden osetra accompanied by cured egg yolk, crème fraîche, fresh chive, and warm blinis, a timeless pairing ideal for the holidays.
To further elevate the season, Mirador introduces a selection of festive cocktails and tasting flights inspired by the warmth and flavors of winter. Highlights include the Autumn Spritz with Bombay Sapphire and Amaro Nonino; the Brown Butter Toddy, crafted with brown butter–washed Irish whiskey, fig cordial, and lemon; and Black Tie Optional, a spiced and elegant interpretation of the espresso martini. Guests may also enjoy the newly launched ’Tini Flight, a trio featuring the Mirador Martini, Espresso Martini, and Lemon Lavender Martini, or the Rosé Flight, showcasing Bertrand Brut Rosé, Chapel Down Rosé, and Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Rosé.
Families are invited to celebrate together with Mirador’s Children’s Tea Menu, priced at $35 per child, featuring a Strawberry Kiwi Sandwich, Endless Chicken Bites, and Sweet Cream Gelato topped with sprinkles and cherries, a festive and playful pairing to the main holiday tea service.
Mirador’s Holiday Tea will be available on the following select dates:
Saturday, November 29 – seating at 2:00 p.m.
Saturday, December 13 – seatings from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Saturday, December 20 – seatings from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday, December 24 – seatings from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Saturday, December 27 – seatings from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Mirador is open Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for lunch, Saturday brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Afternoon Tea is typically offered on select Saturdays at 2:00 p.m., with special Holiday Tea dates listed above beginning at 10:30 a.m.
