Yesterday we reported BJ's Brewhouse had a new Pizookie® for summer. It deserved more analysis, so tonight I went to BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse in Addison to find out for myself at a media event.
We statrted with the ahi tuna poke ($15)

It was deliciously meaty for the tuna and subtley piqued with wasabe. On one of the hottest day of the year it was so welcome to have something cool.
Inceidentally, another thing that helped with the hot outside temperatures was the happy hour margarita ($6).
The moll wanted seafood and chose the Salmon Dinner ($25).

I wanted meat and BJ's had something I often choose at restaurants, Prime Rib ($36).

It was absolutely melt-in-the-mouth tender and quixotic with the supplied horseradish sauce. Recommended!
Finally the Pizookie® (picture above). Deliciously sweet and atrociously indulgent. Dangerfood, but I'm addicted!
We didn't even get a chance to sample any of BJ's house-brewed beer. Another trip is called for!
