1800 St. Pat’s Ginger Margarita Mule
1 ½ oz. 1800 Silver
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. honey syrup
Pinch of fresh cilantro leaves
3 oz. ginger beer, to top
Directions: Muddle cilantro leaves in honey syrup in a shaker tin. Add 1800 Silver and fresh lime juice, and shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass prepared with a margarita salt rim. Top with ginger beer and garnish with fresh cilantro.
