Happy St. Patrick's Day! Have a drink.

1800 St. Pat’s Ginger Margarita Mule



  • 1 ½ oz. 1800 Silver

  • ¾ oz. fresh lime juice

  • ½ oz. honey syrup

  • Pinch of fresh cilantro leaves

  • 3 oz. ginger beer, to top

Directions: Muddle cilantro leaves in honey syrup in a shaker tin. Add 1800 Silver and fresh lime juice, and shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass prepared with a margarita salt rim. Top with ginger beer and garnish with fresh cilantro.
