Denver Milk Market at Dairy Block is the latest food hall addition to the vibrant Denver dining scene. At a recent media event I had the chance to get an overview of the restaurants in the location and try a couple of dishes from one.

The TL;DR is that there are now 11 concepts at the Milk Market. They encompass fried chicken, Ethiopian, East Asian-inspired poke dishes, American breakfast, ice cream. pizza, southern Italian, salad, noodles and dim sum, even a butcher to order meat to take home. There is a separate bar for drinks. You order from a terminal and the restaurant pages you when your food is ready. If your choose is to eat in there is ample, diverse seating available (some of the best at any food hall I have visited).
Event organizers will want to include Milk Market in their consideration as the location can be fully-booked or half-booked at events up to 450 people.
We ordered lump crab meat in a Filipino kinilaw sauce and salmon in Thai sauce. See images below to see how these come out.
