WHEN: Tuesday, December 5

DETAILS:

DeLille Cellars launches online reservations today in preparation for the opening of their new tasting room at Hollywood Station in Woodinville on Friday, December 6th. Guests can now reserve a classic wine tasting, group private tasting, food and wine pairing, library experience or wine club tastings. Their classic tasting consists of five wines in a seated experience for $25 and the tasting room will be open daily from 11am – 5pm. Guests can extend their tasting for an additional $5 and receive two additional tastes from DeLille’s more exclusive small-lot productions. The winery highly recommends advance reservations to ensure quality time with their guests, and will seat walk-in guests as space is available.

Starting mid-December, the library tastings and food and wine pairings will be available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The first library experience consists of a five-year vertical of D2 from 2013 through the new 2017 release and includes a personal cheese and charcuterie plate for $100 per guest. The Food and Wine Pairing includes four wines with accompaniments crafted by Chef Michael Toni of A Platinum Event for $75 per guest. Wine Club members can book tastings on the club exclusive second and third floors.

DeLille’s tasting room was built on the steel framework of the original Redhook Brewery outdoor tank structure and was designed by Seattle-based Hinge Studio. DeLille’s tasting room is adjacent to its winemaking facility and provides sneak peek of the barrel room, with tours planned to start in 2020.
