The Corner Bakery at Preston Center in Dallas is locked and there is a nice note from the landlord on the door about paying the rent not being optional. Corporate keeps sending customers weekend special coupons, despite the fact that their branch in The West End is closed on both those days. They ignore suggestions like "make these valid a bit longer".
The company appears to be a basket case, but just to prove that baskets are people too, they have come out with some limited-time offers (although they call them 'limited time offers', the lack of a hyphen presumably reflecting the fact that the two adjectives describing 'offers' do not work together. In fact there are widespread reports of them squabbling, stealing each other's mascara, and claiming that the other is putting on weight).
