You won't find this on Kalshi, but my bet for the Fall, if someone will take the other side, is a Michelin Star for Bruno Davaillon at Georgie. There are several reasons for this.
First, Georgie's food was Michelin class when the kitchen was helmed by the exploding version of RJ Yoakum. The front-of-house had some lapses when I went back then, and that may have left them in the star-adjacent category in 2025.
Second, Bruno is corporate grand fromage for Travis Street Hospitality, the company that runs five restaurants as well as Georgie. So why is he still in the kitchen after the last execuchef was fired in November 2025? Are they waiting for the successor to be born? I think the question answers itself. And Michelin is searching around now for its 2026 winners.
Third, who in Dallas chefery is better tooled-up to win a Michelin star? Bruno has already done it (at Mix, in Las Vegas), so this is a non-contest.
