Sojourn continues to make small quantities of wine that express the character of Sonoma. This may be my favorite right now! I quaffed it but would have enjoyed just as much paired with white-flesh fish like cod or with roast chicken or turkey.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Pale gold hue;
Nose: Cream soda, chardonnay fruit;
Palate: Chardonnay fruit, powerful phenolic backbone, bright acid, lemon. All in a glorious combination.
