Pine Ridge Vineyards has hewn its own course in many ways. One is its championing of the cinderella varieties (in the U.S. market) chenin blanc and viognier. This is their sparkling expression.

Appearance: Light straw. Fine beads of bubbles few and far between;

Nose: White peach, green apple, lemon;

Taste: Medium plus acid, green apple, touch of sweetness (on the extra dry end of brut);

Sample.
