by Andrew Chalk

A joint product of Moselland of Bernkastel-Kues,Germany and U.S. importer Winebow. This clean, lean wine has hints of peach and medium-plus acidity. The grower says “Represented in the name, the thin slate stones found in the vineyards are a critical component to reflecting and retaining heat in the Mosel River’s cool climate. This medium-dry Riesling is perfect with spicy foods, fish, poultry or purely to enjoy on its own.”
