Appearance: Straw color, clear;

Nose: Lemon, pineapple, hints of yeast;

Palate: Medium-plus acid. Phenolic backbone. Bright, citric fruit;

Summary: Oceano is a lean, acidic style of Chardonnay that is out of the California mainstream. It’s lively, bright flavors make it compatible with a wide variety of food. For example, chicken, turkey, white fish, salmon and pork. Also Asian flavors such as Vietnamese soups, Thai curry, etc.
