The ‘Concannon Clone’, originally from the vineyards of Château Margaux, underlies 80% of the Cabernet Sauvignon grown in California. Here is an opportunity to taste a wine made from the heritage grapes themselves.

Appearance: Ruby.

Nose: Perfume. Dust. Raspberry. Young fresh fruit. This is a fruit-driven wine.

Palate: Young Cabernet Sauvignon fruit, some pyrazines. Full bodied. Soft tannins coat the mouth. Suitable for red meat dishes. Finishes with fruit flavors.
