The Weather Is Trending Towards Limoncello!

It is getting warm and the season beckons for freshening beverages. This week, after tasting several wines at All You Can EATALY, I fancied just such a drink. Thank goodness, Pallini Limoncello had a bar, where they were whipping up some spritzers, and other cocktails.

What a refreshing relief! Hardly a surprise that the three gals working the bar were working flat out. It’s a liqueur that we really should become more familiar with!
