NAPA, California (May 23, 2022) – The Meritage Resort & Spa, the premier AAA Four Diamond resort located at the gateway to Napa Valley, is pleased to announce that its signature Italian restaurant, Olive & Hay, has received the prestigious Napa Valley Wine Award for the excellence of its selection of Napa Valley Wines. This is the second time the restaurant has been honored with the award, presented annually by the Napa Valley Vintners.
Fusing homemade and homegrown, modern and classic, innovative and traditional Italian cuisine, Olive & Hay features local Napa Valley-sourced ingredients both in its food menu and its wine list. The restaurant’s wine selection is overseen by Director of Culinary Experience Chef Vincent Lesage and Food and Beverage Manager Roberto Lezama.
