Is Nacho Too Macho?

Nacho is a fixture at Vinovium on US-290 (between Hye and Johnson City) in the Texas Hill Country. If you are lucky he will trot up to your car when you arrive and lead you towards the buzzing tasting room. Nacho likes it that Vinovium is open until 9:30pm, long past the near universal 5:30pm closing time of everything else on 290. It means he doesn't have to drive down to San Antonio for the nightclubs.
In order to be on top form after sunset, Nachos naps in the day (see above).
