Amber Rush Recipe:

Ingredients

• 2 oz Amber & Opal Honey Botanical Whiskey

• 3/4 oz agave syrup

• 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

• 1 lemon peel, for garnish

Directions

1.                In a shaker with ice, combine all liquid ingredients.

2.                Shake until well-chilled, about 10 to 15 seconds.

3.                Strain over a large king cube in a double old-fashioned glass.
