Mijenta is donating $5 from each bottle of tequila sold to The Ocean Foundation for the month of April.
If you’re looking for different ways to celebrate Earth Day, Mijenta also developed the below cocktail called Madre Tierra, which translates to Mother Earth. As mentioned previously, Mijenta is a super sustainable offering that was completely carbon neutral for the year of 2021 and working to accomplish the same this year, so imbibers can feel good about what they are consuming and the impact (or lack thereof) it has had on the earth.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Mijenta Blanco
1 oz passion fruit syrup
.75 oz lime juice
METHOD
Shake all ingredients vigorously and strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with nutmeg and an orchid flower.
