Exciting news, Meadowood’s Chef Christopher Kostow is collaborating with Montage Los Cabos for a two-night dinner series in Cabo Thanksgiving Weekend (Nov 26+27) deemed Charter Oak by the Sea!
Kostow will be bringing The Charter Oak to Los Cabos with his signature dishes blended with the local flavors and ingredients of Baja California, with the help of his dear friend, Xavier Salomon, Executive Chef at Montage Los Cabos.
Montage Los Cabos is committed to culinary excellence and hosted Chef Dominique Crenn in June for a similar series and looks forward to welcoming Chef Kostow in November and many more in the future!
