Blush Negroni Sbagliato Recipe
2 oz Prosecco Rosé D.O.C.
2 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 oz Campari
Method: Build vermouth and Campari in a cocktail mixing glass filled with ice. Stir about 20 revolutions with a mixing spoon to combine and chill. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer into a cordial glass then top with Prosecco Rosé. Garnish with a slick of orange peel.

Prosecco Rosé D.O.C.
1.5 oz Uncle Val’s Botanical Gin
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
Method: Build gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in shaker tin with ice, shake for 7-8 seconds. Strain with a Hawthorne strainer into a white wine glass and fill with Prosecco Rosé. Garnish with a long slick of lemon peel.
