On Thursday, Nov. 5, the $119 all-inclusive “California Sippin’” dinner pairs a four-course, chef-crafted menu with six wines from the acclaimed Joe Wagner collection

DALLAS-FORT WORTH, TX (November 3, 2026) – Del Frisco’s Grille is inviting North Texas guests to raise a glass to California wine country with California Sippin’: A Joe Wagner Wine Dinner on Thursday, November 5, at 6:30 p.m. The one-night-only event will take place at Del Frisco’s Grille locations in Plano, Southlake and Fort Worth.

Enjoy a four-course, chef-crafted menu paired with six exceptional wines from the acclaimed

Joe Wagner collection. Each course is thoughtfully designed to complement the wines and

showcase their distinctive California character, making for an evening of incredible food,

exceptional wine and good company.

The evening opens with a Whipped Goat Cheese Crostini amuse-bouche finished with cranberry compote, pistachios and orange zest, paired with Belle Glos “Oeil de Perdrix” Blanc de Noir. Grilled Jumbo Shrimp follows with bacon apple chutney, butternut squash purée, petit fennel salad and crispy prosciutto, alongside Böen Tri-County Chardonnay.

For the third course, a Braised Short Rib arrives over smoked Gouda polenta with lion’s mane

mushroom, balsamic cipollini onions, glazed baby carrots and lemony torn ciabatta croutons,

paired with Belle Glos “25th Anniversary” Pinot Noir and Westhoff “Pioneers Italian Reserve” Red Blend. The main event is a Wanderer Angus Hanger Steak with fingerling potatoes, roasted delicata squash, crispy Brussels sprout leaves and caper chimichurri, poured with Westhoff “Pioneers USA Reserve” Red Blend and Quilt Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Guests will close the night with a sweet mignardise.

Tickets are $119 per guest, all-inclusive, and are available in advance via Eventbrite for Plano,
