1800 Spiced Pear
2 oz. 1800 Cristalino
¾ oz. pear nectar
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. club soda
Directions: Combine all ingredients except club soda in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a wine glass with fresh ice cubes and top with soda, stirring to combine. Garnish with a pear slice and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
1800 Rosemary Margarita
1 ½ oz. 1800 Cristalino
1 oz. lime juice
½ oz. orange liqueur
½ oz. agave syrup
Rosemary sprig and lime wedge, to garnish
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a salt-rimmed coupe glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig and lime wedge.
1800 Silver Leaf Paloma
1 ½ oz. 1800 Cristalino Tequila
1 tsp. light agave nectar
2 dashes grapefruit bitters
4 oz. Grapefruit-Rosemary tonic
Directions: Combine all ingredients except tonic in a Collins glass with ice and stir. Top with the tonic and stir lightly to combine. Garnish with half a grapefruit wheel and a rosemary sprig.
1800 Pom + Ginger
2 oz. 1800 Cristalino
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. ginger syrup
½ oz. pomegranate juice
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a starfruit.
