As the celestial ballet of the sun and moon converges, Cibolo Moon at JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa is offering a Solar Eclipse cocktail, called Total Eclipse, for guests of the resort and visitors to the restaurant. Crafted by our talented mixologists, this libation captures the essence of the cosmic event, offering a unique blend of flavors that will elevate the eclipse viewing experience whether at the resort or watching from the comfort of home. The recipe is courtesy of the Cibolo Moon bartenders. 

Total Eclipse Recipe:

• 1 1/4 Jim Beam Bourbon

• ¾ Fig Vanilla Simple Syrup

• 2 Lemon Halves

• 3-5 Mint Leaves

• 3-4 Blackberries

Muddle simple syrup, lemons, mint and blackberries. Shake. Double strain. Top with Club Soda and Sprite.
