Crafted by our talented mixologists, this libation captures the essence of the cosmic event, offering a unique blend of flavors that will elevate the eclipse viewing experience whether at the resort or watching from the comfort of home. Total Eclipse Recipe:
1 1/4 Jim Beam Bourbon
¾ Fig Vanilla Simple Syrup
2 Lemon Halves
3-5 Mint Leaves
3-4 Blackberries
Muddle simple syrup, lemons, mint and blackberries. Shake. Double strain. Top with Club Soda and Sprite.
