On Saturday, February 11, and Sunday, February 12, from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., join Eataly for Gal-entine’s Day Brunch at Terra, featuring an endless array of brunch favorites, including eggs prepared to your specifications, a prime rib carving station, house-made porchetta, artisanal salumi & formaggi, breakfast pastries, and more. Includes a la carte add-ons like a seafood tower with freshly shucked oysters, lobster claws, caviar, and more, as well as build-your-own bollicine (think: mimosa, bellini, rossini, and more). Reservations can be made here, and the cost is $55 per person.

On Monday, February 13, from 5:30 to 9 p.m., step up your festivities at Sips & Bites: 15 Shades of Red as you indulge in heavenly pairings: fifteen varieties of red wine, salumi, formaggi, fresh pasta prepared in a Parmigiano Reggiano DOP wheel, sweets galore, and plenty more throughout Eataly Dallas’ marketplace, and even a professional lip reader. With your all-access pass, you'll gain access to all the available wines, unlimited tastes of high-quality food and desserts, plus a wine glass holder to take home!
