Description: Hibiscus tea-infused gin (infused in-house at Toups), Maraschino liqueur, house-made grapefruit shrub, lemon, Luxardo cherry syrup, and aquafaba

Ingredients

2 oz. hibiscus tea infused gin (infused in house)

1/2 oz. house-made grapefruit shrub

1 bar spoon Maraschino Liqueur

3/4 oz lemon

1/8 oz Luxardo cherry syrup

3/4 aquafaba


Preparation

pour all ingredients into shaker

shake vigorously

double strain into nick and nora glass

Description: gin, Pimms, strawberry cucumber shrub, lemon, rhubarb bitters

Ingredients:

1.5 Gin .75 Pimms .75 Strawberry Cucumber shrub .7 Lemon 3 dashes Rhubarb bitters


Preparation: Mix in a shaker, strain in Collins glass, and garnish with Strawberry Cucumber shrub

Description: black strap rum, tempus fugit creme de banane, angostura bitters, avocado pit orgeat, lime, orange juice


THE LAST STAG



Yield: 1 cocktail


Ingredients:

¾ oz Dos Hombres Mezcal

¾ oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

¾ oz German Amaro

¾ oz lime juice


Method:

Shake with ice and strain into a Nick and Norah glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
