1800 MAGENTA MARGARITA



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ oz. 1800 Cristalino ($70 | Drizly / ReserveBar)

  • 1 oz. prickly pear purée

  • ½ oz. lime juice

  • ½ oz. simple syrup

  • Garnish: Fresh Lime Wheels

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine 1800 Blanco, prickly pear purée, lime juice and simple syrup in mixing tin. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a salt-rimmed rocks glass. Garnish with fresh lime wheels.

1800 RUBY RED



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ oz. 1800 Blanco ($29 | Drizly & ReserveBar)

  • ½ oz. triple sec

  • 1 oz. grapefruit juice

  • ½ oz. lemon juice

  • ½ oz. vanilla syrup

  • 2 dashes rose water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a salt rim and dried rose petals.

1800 SAGE MARGARITA


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz. 1800 Cristalino ($70 | Drizly / ReserveBar)

  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice

  • 1 oz. triple sec

  • 3 fresh sage leaves

INSTRUCTIONS:

Muddle sage leaves in triple sec in a cocktail shaker. Add tequila, lime juice, and ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled margarita glass with a salted rim and garnish with a sage leaf and lime wheel.
