Inspired by the beloved New Mexico pepper that arrives each summer, The Hatchback features Burger Schmurger's Signature Double Smashburger Topped with Roasted Hatch Green Chiles, White American Cheese, Roma Tomato, Red Onion, Butter Lettuce and a Roasted Hatch Green Chile Sauce, all served on a Soft Potato Bun. The result is a smoky, savory burger that delivers just the right amount of heat while allowing the rich flavor of Hatch chiles to take center stage.
