All You Can EATALY May Be The Best Culinary Festival In Dallas

by Andrew Chalk

I was intrigued when I received a media invitation to EATALY’s biggest festival of the year All You Can EATALY. It is their translation of Italy’s Festa Della Repubblica - roughly the Italian equivalent of our July 4th, except it is celebrated on June 2nd.

EATALY went all out. The all-inclusive event featured over 50 wines, 25 beers, 25 tasting stations, and over a dozen chef demonstrations. Plus a DJ, a live band (Emerald City), photo booth, and Instagram wall. The parking lot was filed with a giant marquee and different stations barbecuing beef, lamb, and suckling pig. Little surprise that over 1,000 people attended.

One of the EATALY suppliers who has exhibited at this event at EATALY locations all over the country told me “Dallas does it the best.”.
