DALLAS, TX (December 18, 2025) - As Dallasites step into the new year, Mirador invites guests to reset and recharge with vibrant, health-forward dining in the heart of downtown. Whether returning to office life, leaning into January wellness goals, or simply seeking a scenic setting to reconnect with friends, Mirador’s fresh, seasonal approach offers an uplifting start to 2026.


Reflecting this renewed energy, Mirador’s weekday lunch and Saturday brunch menus spotlight lighter preparations, nourishing ingredients, and bright, vegetable-driven flavors that support a balanced return to routine after the holidays. Each dish is crafted with intention, showcasing the restaurant’s signature blend of sophistication, approachability, and modern American style.


Health-Conscious Lunch Options Include:

  • Seasonal Crudo – Aquachile, jicama, black salt

  • Mirador Pickle Plate – Chef’s selection of pickles, seasonal mostarda, rye cracker

  • Escarole Caesar – Parmesan, herb breadcrumbs, capers

  • Farro Bowl – Cauliflower green goddess, cherries, Marcona almonds

  • Lobster Cobb – Avocado dressing, egg yolks, fine herbs, roasted tomatoes, smoked bacon

  • Wild Mushrooms – Cauliflower, soubise, rice paper

  • Chicken Paillard – Roasted baby carrots, pickled golden raisins, charred onion labneh



    Health-Conscious Brunch Options Include:

  • Ube Bowl – Fresh seasonal fruit, ginger, toasted coconut

  • Ham & Egg – French scramble, rosemary ham, Comté, brioche

    And for those choosing to indulge, Mirador’s playful signatures, such as the Caviar Donut with amber Kaluga and glaze or the Chocolate Donut with gold flake and Maldon, offer the perfect “cheat day” moment during brunch service.



    Guests participating in Dry January, or simply opting for alcohol-free alternatives, can enjoy a selection of elevated zero-proof cocktails crafted with the same refinement as the restaurant’s beverage program.

  • Main Squeeze – Passion fruit, coconut, orgeat, citrus, Topo Chico

  • Citrus Sparkler – Berry cordial, citrus mint, Topo Chico

  • Smoked Milk Tea – Lapsang souchong, coconut milk, rosemary honey, strawberry, lime
