1800 Spiced Pear
2 oz. 1800 Cristalino
¾ oz. pear nectar
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. club soda
Directions: Combine tequila, pear nectar and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a wine glass over fresh ice and top with club soda. Stir to combine. Garnish with a pear slice and cinnamon.
1800 Sparkling Punch
¾ oz. 1800 Silver
¾ oz. bourbon
½ oz. agave syrup
2 dashes aromatic bitters
3 oz. Cava sparkling wine
Directions: Stir tequila, bourbon, agave and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a coupe glass with fresh ice and top with Cava. Garnish with an orange twist.
1800 Savory Tomato
1 ½ oz. 1800 Reposado
4-5 cherry tomatoes
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
3 oz. Pilsner
Hot sauce (to taste)
Pinch of salt
Directions: Muddle tomatoes in a cocktail shaker, before adding tequila, lemon juice, hot sauce and salt and shaking vigorously with ice. Strain into a Pilsner glass with ice and top with beer. Garnish with a celery stalk and cherry tomatoes.
